All data is stored on an Oracle database in Sydney using the industry best practice in security and encryption.

Pricing will vary depending on the number of users and the degree of customisation you require to run the software.

From the outset, we prepare a scope of work document which will outline the estimated cost and frame implement the software. Once implemented, we charge a monthly licensee fee. The monthly licensee fee will vary depending on the number of users.

Costs will be fully disclosed and agreed upon before we undertake any work.

 

There is no lock in period. If you no longer wish to use the software, simply give us reasonable notice and the subscription will end. We have been quite deliberate about this. We are confident our software will deliver great value and if our clients feel the same way, they will continue to use our software because they want to, not because they are required to.

Moving software from your existing provider need not be daunting. As part of our implementation process, we work with you to carefully project manage the process, work out whether existing data can and should be migrated and whether it should be done in a phased manner, or all at once.
